How It Works
The Program is a simple,
no-tier, direct referral
membership that rewards
the registered affiliate
on Merchant Cash Advance
closings by their

Program Definitions
Below are the definition
of terms commonly used
in the affiliate
program:
Affiliate Partner:
This is any user that
registers with the
Affiliate Partner
Program.
Referred Merchant:
This terms applies to
any new client signup
that identifies an
affiliate partner as its
referrer.
Denied Merchant:
This applies to
referred merchants that
are unable to get
approval for a cash
advance.
Approved Merchant:
This applies to approved
referred merchants.
Funded Merchant:
The Funded
Merchant describes the
approved merchant that
has sucessfully closed
and recieved a merchant
cash advance from MARS
Funding. The funded
merchant, is the only
referral status for
which a commission is
granted (commissions are
based on the size of the
cash advance.)
The Referral Process
To successfully refer a
Merchant to MARS
Funding, the typical
sequence would be as
follows:

Following successful
registration, the
Affiliate Partner
will invite
interested merchants
to signup for a MARS
Merchant Cash
Advance. Once
the referral signs
up for an advance,
they will begin the
approval process
with Mars Funding.
Upon application,
the interested
merchant will
identify the
referring affiliate
partner by entering
a unique username in
the "Referred By"
field.

Based on the result
of the approval
process, the
merchant is either
approved or denied
and is given the
same title
"Approved Merchant"
or "Denied
Merchant".

If a Referred
Merchant becomes
approved during the
process and
successfully closes
on a merchant
funding package,
the merchant will be
given a status of
"Funded Merchant",
and based on cash
advance amount, A
commission check will be
sent to the
affiliate partner within 7 days.
